Electric Gardens is a high-design live/work apartment community in Tremont, inspired by boutique hotels. It sits along the Towpath Trail and overlooks the downtown Cleveland skyline. It was developed by J Roc in partnership with the DiGeronimo Companies, and its ground floor holds Limelight's Tremont coworking space. Greyt has gathered here several times. Golden Hour took over the rooftop in June 2022 and June 2023 for summer evenings of music, food and talks, and Greyt Big Talk met at Limelight inside the building in March 2022.
