The Terminal Tower Residences are apartments inside the Terminal Tower at 50 Public Square, the 52-story landmark built from 1927 to 1930 to designs by Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. K&D Group bought the tower on September 15, 2016, for $38.5 million and turned its 11 lower floors into 293 apartments. In September 2022 Greyt Culture took Golden Hour up to the roof deck of the Terminal Tower Residences, with music by The Rosies and Jacob Boarman, dinner by Mobius, artisan features and a Tech Talk with Jing Lyon and Alex Hilleary.
