The Lumen is a 34-story apartment tower at 1600 Euclid Avenue in Playhouse Square. Rising 396 feet on what had been a surface parking lot, it was built from 2018 to 2020 for about $135 million. The Playhouse Square Foundation owns it and hired Hines as development manager; Solomon Cordwell Buenz designed it and Gilbane Building Company built it. The tower holds 318 apartments and about 22,000 square feet of shared space for residents, including a landscaped rooftop terrace with white pergolas, gardens and grills. In August 2022 Greyt Culture brought Golden Hour to the Lumen's rooftop, with music by Argonaut & Wasp.

Music: Argonaut & Wasp
Argonaut &Wasp formed over a love for house/dance music while living in Burlington, VT among a thriving jam scene. Since moving to Brooklyn in 2015, they have found inspiration from the city itself and the different vibrant scenes within it. The sound has developed into an amalgamation of the rhythm and energy from house music, cues from the jam/funk scene and love for the “leave everything on the table” attitude of NYC.
Starlight 99 was written (for the most part) during lockdown which allowed the band some time to self-reflect and take a break from the grind of shows & touring. The name 'Starlight 99' comes from the idea of looking up and getting beyond yourself, to not only see the bigger picture but to become a part of it. These songs are more important than ever as we are going through paradigm shifts in our culture and environment - we all need the opportunity to get this larger perspective to guide us into our own futures. They wrote 99 songs, these are the 15 that made it.
