After, she moved into the role of General Manager of Engineered Sealing Components where she was able to translate her learnings into business.  Here, she and her team took the entity from 2% to 8% growth in 3 years.</p> <p></p> <p>Throughout her career, Jean has shown a proven ability to create <strong>business transformation</strong> in diverse markets such as biopharmaceuticals, medical, aerospace, automotive and industrial resulting in growth, improved profitability, and increased customer/employee engagement.</p> <p>Her ability to lead business growth lies in her passion for innovation, expertise in helping teams deeply understand, and execute on their market differentiation and organizing structure to leverage core offerings.</p> <p></p> <p>Jean has been recognized for her achievements in manufacturing leadership through Crain’s Business Cleveland Notables in Manufacturing (2022) and the Manufacturing Institute’s Women Make America (2020) and, in innovation, through Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation eXchange (2013) and Crain’s Cleveland Business Innovation Leaders (2014).</p> <p></p> <p>Jean received a Master of Science in Business and Environmental Management from the University of Findley and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from Auburn University. She currently lives in Chagrin Falls, OH where she enjoys gardening, running, traveling, reading, and yoga.</p> <p></p> <p></p>
