Urbanova

Urbanova was a community sustainability nonprofit in Spokane, Washington, founded in 2016, that worked with utilities, universities and the city on smart-city and energy projects, from an energy innovation cluster to an electric-vehicle carshare. In May 2026 it merged with INTENT to form Novara Energy Alliance, which works on energy and water infrastructure across the Inland Northwest. Justin Bibb was Urbanova's chief strategy officer before he became mayor of Cleveland.
